Other information
Materials and Design Installation The Boca can be mounted either directly to the wall or onto a besa box. Both types use several blind location holes situated in the base of the luminaire. Electrical Cable entry to the body is via a threaded blanking plug (one either side, one at the top and one in the rear of the fitting) capable of taking a 20.0mm compression cable gland. Electrical connections are made to a 3-way polyamide screwed terminal strip mounted on the gear tray of the luminaire. Classification for Protection and Standards Against electric shock Class 1 protected with earthed metalwork. It is important that this product is electrically installed according to IEE Regulations. Against ingress of dust and moisture IP54 Technical Specification. The Boca range of luminaires is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of BSEN 60598 2-1.
