Surface mounted cornice luminaire with the added security of a flat diffuser. Rigid white powder coated steel base and prismatic polycarbonate diffuser secured by tamper proof bolts.  Originally designed for HMP custodial establishments, also suitable commercial, hospital, and educational environments, supplied c/w high frequency ballast and lamp(s) – as Hilclare Lorca.
