In June 2014, London based lighting design company Neuman used their creative expertise to accentuate the hotel’s new interior with a specialist lighting design. The end result is an inviting interior that combines contemporary and traditional touches in an elegant manner.
The first new hotel in the world to be built over a Formula 1 race circuit. The pixelated lighting design by Asymptote in collaboration with Arup Lighting creates a dynamic appearance at night, with colours flowing smoothly across the double curved surface.
The original Paddington Station was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel in cooperation with Sir Matthew Digby Wyatt, and continues to undergo structural improvements since opening in January 1854. Part of its recent restoration involved lighting design principally focusing on two important lighting factors; ambience and accent.
Southbank Theatre is home to the Melbourne Theatre Company. The building was designed by esteemed local architects ARM and opened its doors in 2009. A work of art in its own right, the building uses light in remarkable ways to draw emphasis and create contrast around its unforgettable structure.
